Information on the Free Fire Plan
  1. What is the YES FT5G Free Fire SIM Pack?

    The YES FT5G Free Fire SIM Pack (“Free Fire Plan”) is a Prepaid Service Plan provided by YTL Communications Sdn Bhd (Company No.200701035605 (793634-V)) (“YTLC”) in collaboration with Garena Online Private Limited (Company No. 200908142H) (“Garena”). It is offered from its official launch date until 31 March 2022 to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia aged 12 years and above (please obtain parental consent where applicable) with a compatible 5G Smartphone. It is subject to the Free Fire Plan terms and conditions.

  2. Where can I apply for the Free Fire Plan?

    You can apply for the Free Fire Plan through the YES website www.yes.my from 12 February 2022 or the official launch date until 31 March 2022. An Eligible Subscriber can pre-order the Free Fire Plan via a pre-order link provided during the Garena Free Fire Online Tournament between 5 February 2022 and 11 February 2022. For those who pre-order, the SIM Pack will be processed and delivered after the official launch date, subject to eligibility.

  3. How many Free Fire SIM Pack can I apply?

    You can apply for one (1) Free Fire SIM pack with one (1) contactable mobile number provided that the Eligible Subscriber does not have, in aggregate, more than five (5) prepaid service accounts with YES. For redemption of the Free Fire Item Code, one National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) or Passport is eligible for only one redemption.

  4. What do I get from this Free Fire Plan?

    There are no charges for the initial subscription to the Free Fire Plan for Eligible Subscribers, while stocks lasts. For the first 30 days after activation of the Free Fire Plan SIM Card (“Initial Validity Period”), you will receive the following:-

    1. One Free Fire Item Code (see FAQ 5 and the section on Free Fire Item Code below);
    2. 30 days of Account Validity Period from date of SIM Card activation;
    3. Unlimited calls and SMS from Yes to Yes numbers (On-Net services: not all 018 numbers are Yes numbers);
    4. Unlimited 5G service until 31 March 2022 (subject to availability and compatible 5G smartphone, please read FAQs on Yes 5G network);
    5. 10 GB of 4G LTE mobile data during the Initial Validity Period (where there is no 5G services – hotspot is applicable); and
    6. Free internet (there will be no mobile data consumption deducted) when you use the Garena Free Fire application on your mobile phone.*
      * Whitelisting of mobile data utilised for Garena Free Fire Applications without deduction of mobile data consumption are based on a best effort basis. There may be instances that whitelisting may not be possible and mobile data consumption may be captured. This may be due to technical or other errors or issues such as changes or updates to the Garena Free Fire Application’s IP Addresses or any configuration or other technical requirements that have not been notified to YES to enable the said whitelisting. This extra free service of free internet for use of the Garena Free Fire application, is not guaranteed and it is subject to change in such instances. YES will not be liable for any refund or reimbursement of mobile data particularly where it cannot be determined at our end for whitelisting.

The Free Fire Item Code
  1. Where can I use for Free Fire Item Code and what is the Free Fire Item Code consists of?

    The Free Fire Item Code is only applicable for use in the Garena Free Fire – Illuminate application or Garena Free Fire MAX application (“Garena Free Fire”) and it is a random redemption of either one of the Legendary Gun Skin Box, Parachute Skin, or Costume Skin bundle. The Free Fire Item Code cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. For issues or invalid Free Fire Item Code redemptions, please contact the Garena support centre.

  2. How many Free Fire Item Code will I receive upon successful activation of SIM Card?

    Upon successful activation of SIM Card, Eligible Subscriber will receive One (1) Free Fire Item Code per NRIC or Passport within or after 24 hours of the SIM activation date. The Free Fire Item Code is on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.

  3. What is the validity period of the Free Fire Item Code?

    The Free Fire Item Code will be valid for redemption until 5th July 2022 and the Free Fire Item Code must be used before the expiry date. If the Free Fire Item Code is not redeemed before its expiry date, it will be forfeited.

Use and Activation of the Free Fire Plan
  1. I have received an email notification from YES that my application for the Free Fire SIM Pack is successful. How do I know when I will receive my Free Fire SIM Pack?

    The email notification will state a delivery tracking number. To check your delivery status, please go to www.yes.my/TrackOrder and enter your delivery tracking number.

  2. I have received my free 5G-enabled SIM Card, how do I activate it to start using my free 10GB data?

    To activate your 5G-enabled SIM Card:
    If you are a New User, please follow the following steps:
    (i) Download the MyYes app
    (ii) On the login page, press “New User”
    (iii) Press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
    (iv) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.

    If you are an Existing User, please follow the following steps:
    (i) Login to the MyYes app
    (ii) Go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
    (iii) Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and the password sent to your email. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password.

  3. Do I need to activate the 5G-enabled SIM Card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?

    You are required to perform a one-time activation of the 5G-enabled SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the 5G-enabled SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card automatic expiration and your Service account shall be terminated accordingly. In such instance, any payment made by you, including the plan fee shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to you.

  4. How long will my service account remain active?

    Your Free Fire Plan service account will remain active for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of activation of your 5G-enabled SIM Card. Thereafter, to enjoy continued free internet* on the Garena Free Fire application, you will need to ensure that your account service remains active by reloading or purchasing a data add-on from the Yes Store.
    * Whitelisting of mobile data utilised for Garena Free Fire Applications without deduction of mobile data consumption are based on a best effort basis. There may be instances that whitelisting may not be possible and mobile data consumption may be captured. This may be due to technical or other errors or issues such as changes or updates to the Garena Free Fire Application’s IP Addresses or any configuration or other technical requirements that have not been notified to YES to enable the said whitelisting. This extra free service of free internet for use of the Garena Free Fire application, is not guaranteed and it is subject to change in such instances.   5. What happens if my Free Fire Plan account becomes inactive?

    You will still be able to receive incoming calls and SMS, access your contacts and make emergency calls. However, you will not be able to make any outgoing calls, send SMS or surf the internet. Kindly purchase a YES Reload or a data add-on for your Free Fire Plan. The minimum purchase of a Yes Reload is RM5. For more information, please refer to the Yes Reload Terms and Conditions available at Yes Reload Terms and Conditions.

  6. Will I enjoy the free internet* access on the Garena Free Fire application if my account validity has expired?

    No. Please ensure your account validity is active by purchasing any of the Yes Prepaid reload or data add-on to activate your services in order to enjoy the free internet access in Free Fire application.

  7. Does the 10GB free 4G LTE mobile data have an expiry date?

    Yes, it does. It is valid for a period of 30 days only from the date of successful activation of your 5G-enabled SIM Card. After this 30 days validity period, any unused mobile data will be automatically forfeited.

  8. How will I know whether I have received my free 10GB data upon activation of my YES FT5G Discover Free Fire SIM Pack?

    Please login to MyYes app, the information will be displayed on your home screen.

  9. Can I purchase other Prepaid Data Add-Ons before my account expires?

    Yes, you can. For more information on the Prepaid Data Add-on, please refer to our Prepaid FAQ.

Information on use of 5G services and the Free Fire Plan
  1. Can I change my existing Service Plan to Free Fire Plan?

    No, the Free Fire Plan is only available for new registrations.

  2. Will I be able to use 5G services if I am on a 4G smartphone?

    No, you will not be able to use 5G services if you are using a 4G smartphone. For more information regarding the 5G services, you may refer to FAQ under the First To 5G Campaign.

  3. Where can I use 5G services on the Free Fire Plan?

    You can use the 5G services only within available coverage areas only in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. The services are free until 31 March 2022 only.

  4. Am I allowed to choose a YES Mobile Number when I apply for the Free Fire Plan?

    Not at this point in time. A YES Mobile Number will be assigned to each SIM Card upon activation.

  5. Can I keep my existing mobile number on Free Fire Plan?

    Yes, you can port your existing mobile number from another telco company to the Free Fire Plan after your 5G-enabled SIM Card has been activated. However, please take note that it may take time to process porting your number over and it is subject to eligibility criteria. Please refer https://www.yes.my/keep-your-number/ for more information.
    If there are any delays to your eligibility to port your number over, the Campaign Period will not be extended for entitlement of the Free Fire Item Code. It is on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last and the SIM Card must be activated to be eligible for the Item Code.

  6. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other YES mobile numbers?

    There will be no charges imposed for domestic calls from a YES mobile number to another YES mobile number. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at www.yes.my/roaming.

  7. Will there be any charges imposed when I call other networks?

    Yes, standard rates will apply. Please refer to the table below:-

    5G is the latest generation of cellular technology with the fastest internet speeds, ultra-low latency and greater bandwidth.

  2. What is the difference in internet speed between 4G and 5G?

    With 5G, subscribers will be able to experience peak data rates of up to 100 times faster than 4G, and 1,000 times more connections than 4G with a supported “near-zero latency” — close to no delay in sending and receiving information between devices.

  3. What are the YES FT5G Plans offered by YES?

    The YES FT5G Plans are a series of special plans that enable a subscriber to enjoy unlimited 5G access until 31st March 2022. They include the YES FT5G Prepaid Unlimited, the YES FT5G Postpaid 49, and YES FT5G Postpaid 99 Phone bundle plans.

  4. Which locations are equipped with 5G Services?

    As of December 2021, 5G services are available in certain locations within Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur. To check for 5G network coverage, please refer to https://site.yes.my/support/coverage/.

  5. If I have subscribed to a YES First To 5G Campaign plan but I am not within the 5G network area, will I still enjoy 5G services?

    You will not be able to enjoy 5G services if you are not within the 5G network area. However, you will continue to enjoy uninterrupted 4G connectivity on our YES network.

  6. How can I enjoy 5G services?

    You may subscribe to any of the service plans available within the YES First To 5G Campaign subject to the campaign terms and conditions. Please take note that you can only use 5G services with a compatible 5G smartphone. For further information, please refer to yes.my/supported-devices/

  7. I have subscribed to the YES Postpaid FT5G Plan or the YES Prepaid FT5G Plan. How do I know when I am on 5G?

    A 5G icon on your 5G compatible smartphone will appear when you are within a 5G covered area.

  8. What should I do if I am in a 5G network area but I do not see the 5G icon appearing on my 5G smartphone?

  9. Will I be able to use 5G services if I am on a 4G smartphone?

    No, you will not be able to use 5G services if you are using a 4G smartphone.

  10. Will I be able to use the 5G SIM Card in my 4G smartphone?

    No, the 5G SIM Card cannot be used with a 4G smartphone.

  11. I am in a 5G network coverage area, can I choose to use 4G network instead of 5G network?

    No, you are unable to choose the type of network connectivity as your smartphone device is programmed to automatically connect with the best available network in the area.

  12. If I bought a 5G smartphone from overseas, will I be able to use it in Malaysia on the 5G network?

    We are unable to guarantee that 5G smartphones purchased overseas can be used on Malaysia’s 5G network. Instead, we recommend that you purchase the smartphone directly from YES.

  13. Is any configuration needed to enable 5G services on your 5G smartphone?

    No, there is no specific configuration required. You can use 5G services on your 5G smartphone as long as you within the 5G network coverage area.

  14. Can I use the 5G Services on a YES broadband modem?

    No, 5G services are currently unavailable through a broadband modem.

  1. What are the YES Postpaid FT5G Plans?

    The YES Postpaid FT5G Plans (the YES Postpaid FT5G RM49 and YES Postpaid FT5G RM99 Phone Bundle), are plans which allow you to enjoy unlimited 5G internet for a period commencing from the date you subscribe to any of the service plans until 31st March 2022, subject to terms and conditions.

  4. Can I change my existing line to a YES Postpaid FT5G Plan?

  5. What is the minimum age requirement to subscribe to the YES Postpaid FT5G Plan?

    You must be 18 years of age and above before you can subscribe to any of the YES Postpaid FT5G Plans.

  6. As a foreigner, can I subscribe to any of the YES Postpaid FT5G Plans?

    Yes, you can subscribe to any of our YES Postpaid FT5G Plans. However, there will be a deposit of RM200 which is applicable for each rate offerings under the YES Postpaid FT5G Plans.

  7. Will I still get 5G services if I activate the SIM Card on 31st March 2022?

    Yes, you will still enjoy the Unlimited 5G services on 31st March 2022. However, the unlimited 5G services will end on 31st March 2022, 11:59 pm.

  8. What happens if I do not fully utilise my Data Capacity Allocation?

    At the expiry of each Billing Cycle, any balance unutilised Internet data in the Data Capacity Allocation in a particular Billing Cycle will not be carried forward to the succeeding Billing Cycle.

  9. What happens if I fully utilise the Data Capacity Allocation during any Billing Cycle?

    You can still enjoy access to the Internet but at a stifled speed of up to 128kbps. To continue enjoying the Internet service at a faster speed, you may purchase Postpaid Data Add-Ons through the MyYes app.

  10. Do the YES Postpaid FT5G Plans allow me to participate in the Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme?

    Yes, subscribers of the YES Postpaid FT5G Plans may participate in the Kasi Up Refer & Earn Programme. For further details, please refer to the YES Kasi Up Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions.

  11. Do I need to activate the SIM card immediately upon receipt, or can I do so at a later time?

    Upon receiving the SIM Card:-
    (i) for the YES Postpaid FT5G RM 49 plans, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to activate the SIM Card will result in an automatic expiration and your Service account shall be terminated accordingly. In such instance, any payment made by you, including the plan fee shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to you;

    (ii) for the YES Postpaid FT5G RM99 Phone Bundle plans, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card being automatically activated after seven (7) days from the date you receive the SIM Card.

  12. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls if I am outside of Malaysia?

    No, the free unlimited voice calls are applicable for use in Malaysia only and not for roaming purposes. If you are outside of Malaysia, you may subscribe to our International Roaming Service. Please refer to the International Roaming Service rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details.

  13. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?

    No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Services, as such, charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details.

  14. Can I keep my existing mobile number on a YES Postpaid FT5G plan?

    Yes, you can port your existing mobile number into your YES Postpaid FT5G plan during activation of the SIM. Refer https://www.yes.my/keep-your-number/ for more information.

  15. Will there be any charges imposed if I terminate my YES Postpaid FT5G RM 99 Plan before the end of the Contract Period?

    Yes, you shall be subjected to Early Termination Charges (ETC) for the remainder of the Contract Period from the termination date.

  2. How many YES Prepaid FT5G Plans can I register for?

    In accordance with the law, an individual may register for up to a total of five (5) Prepaid Mobile Numbers.

  3. Will I still get 5G services if I activate the SIM Card on 31st March 2022?

    Yes, you will still enjoy the Unlimited 5G services on 31st March 2022. However, the Unlimited 5G services will end on 31st Mar 2022, 11:59 pm.

  4. What will happen once the hotspot of 9GB internet data under the YES Prepaid FT5G Plan is fully utilised?

    Once fully utilised, you will not able to use the hotspot for the remainder of the Service Validity Period. You may purchase additional 4G hotspot add-ons through the MyYes app. Please refer to https://www.yes.my/tnc/products-services-tnc.

  5. Can I purchase any Prepaid Data Add-On before expiry of my Account Validity Period?

    Yes, you may do so.

  6. Must I activate the SIM Card immediately upon receipt of the SIM Card or can I do so at a later time?

    Upon receiving the SIM Card, you are required to perform a one-time activation of the SIM Card within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the SIM Card. Failing to do so will result in the SIM Card automatic expiration and your Service account shall be terminated accordingly. In such instance, any payment made by you, including the plan fee shall be automatically forfeited and no refund shall be made to you.

  7. Do I still get free unlimited voice calls when I am calling someone outside of Malaysia?

    No, the free unlimited voice calls do not apply to IDD Services, as such, charges will be imposed if you call someone outside of Malaysia. Please refer to the rates published at https://www.yes.my/roaming for more details.

  8. Will there be any charges imposed on IDD Service?

    Yes, charges will be imposed. Please refer to the voice call and SMS rates in relation to IDD Service @ www.yes.my/roaming.

    No, there is no specific configuration required. You can use 5G services on your 5G smartphone as long as you within the 5G network coverage area. However , to ensure 5G connectivity, please make certain that your 5G smartphone is updated to the latest software and that your phone settings has been set to “5G” as a preferred network type.

  1. Am I allowed to switch from my existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan respectively?

    Provided always that You have not subscribed to any of the Excluded Service Plans or You are not bound by any contract, You are allowed to switch Your existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service with the follows:-
    (a) Postpaid Service Plan to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan; and
    (b) Prepaid Service to any of the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan.

  2. What are the Excluded Service Plans?

    They are:-
    (a) YES 4G Broadband Bundle Plans;
    (b) Fixed Wireless Internet Service; and
    (c) Kasi Up Family Plan
    (hereinafter shall be collectively referred to as the “Excluded Service Plans”).

  3. How do I switch from an existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service Plan to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan respectively?

    You may do so through any one of the channels stated below:

    (b) YES Stores; or

  4. Can I continue to use my existing SIM Card once I have successfully switched to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan?

    No, You can’t since Your existing SIM Card will not be compatible for use with the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan and YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan. As such, once You have successfully switched to either the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan, We will proceed to deliver to You at Your delivery address a new SIM Card. You are required to activate the new SIM Card before enjoying the service offerings under the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan. Please refer to the YES First to 5G Campaign Terms and Conditions for further details on SIM Card activation @ https://site.yes.my/tnc/ongoing-campaigns-tnc.

  5. How would I know whether my existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service is successfully switched to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan?

    You will receive a notification by way of e-mail or SMS once You have successfully activated Your SIM Card.

  6. How do I activate the SIM Card?

    Please follow the steps stated below if Change of Plan via MyYes app
    1. Login to the MyYes app
    2. Go to Quick Access, press “Activate SIM” button and follow the self-activation steps on the screen
    3. Once your activation is successful, you can now login to your Service account using your phone number and password. You can also login using the TAC method if you cannot find your password

    Please follow the steps stated below if Change of Plan via www.yes.my:
    1. Please click on the “Track My Parcel” button in Order Consignment e-mail;
    2. Key in your Tracking Number or Order Number to proceed; and
    3. Click on “Confirm Receipt” button and key in your last four (4) digits NRIC/Passport and click on the “Submit” button.
    4. Click on “ How to Activate My SIM” button, fill in 5G SIM Card Serial Number and existing YES mobile number then click on “Activate”.
    Once you received an e-mail on SIM Card activation and You notice that your existing SIM Card’s signal is no longer connected to YES network, you can then insert the new 5G SIM Card into a compatible smartphone. Please refer to http://www.yes.my/supported-devices to determine which of the smartphones may support the 5G SIM Card.

  7. If there is any unused internet data in my existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service, will such unused internet data be transferred to my new YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES FT5G Prepaid Service Plan?

    No, You will not be able to carry forward any unused internet data from Your existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service once You switched to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan. This means any internet data under Your existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service which remains unutilised will be forfeited upon successful activation of the SIM Card.

  8. If I am bound by a contract and I am still within the Contract Period, am I allowed to switch any of my existing service plans?

    No, You will not be able to do so.

  9. If I have paid the Commitment Fee under my existing Postpaid Service Plan in a particular calendar month, will such Commitment Fee be pro-rated accordingly in the event I switch to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan?

    The Commitment Fee paid in a calendar month will be pro-rated accordingly and be deducted from the Bill issued in the calendar month succeeding the month when the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan is successfully activated. For example:-
    • Subscriber had paid the Commitment Fee for the month of January 2022 as reflected in the Bill issued in January 2022 under an existing Postpaid Service Plan on 2/1/2022;
    • Subscriber had requested for switch of the existing Postpaid Service Plan to YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan on 5/1/2022; and
    • Subscriber had activated his/her SIM Card on 8/1/2022,
    in such instance, the Commitment Fee for the month of January 2022 which is paid on 2/1/2022 will be pro-rated and deducted accordingly from the Commitment Fee for the month of February 2022 and will be reflected in the Bill issued in the month of February 2022.

  10. Will there be any changes to the credit limit once I switch my existing Postpaid Service Plan to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan?

    YES, there will be changes to the credit limit enjoyed by You once You switch from an existing Postpaid Service Plan to YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan. For further information on Your enjoyment of credit limit, please:-
    (a) Download and Login to MyYes app;
    (b) Click on “profile” tab; and
    (c) click on “Account” tab.

  11. Will there be any charges imposed when I switch from my existing Postpaid Service Plan or Prepaid Service to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan?

    Yes, there will be charges imposed when You switch to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan. The applicable charges will depend on the type of rate offerings under the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan subscribed by You. You may refer to www.yes.my for further details.

  12. Will there be any charges imposed when I switch from my existing Prepaid Service to the YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan?

  13. Can I use the balance sum remaining in YES Credit to off-set against any applicable charges payable during the switch to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan?

    No, You can’t use the balance sum remaining in the YES Credit to off- set against any applicable charges during such switch to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan.

  14. What happens to the balance sum remaining in my YES Credit once I have switched my existing Prepaid Service Plan to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan?

    Any balance sum remaining in Your YES Credit will be transferred to your new Postpaid Service account under the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan and will be utilised towards payment of the Commitment Fee in the month succeeding the calendar month of Your SIM Card activation. The details on the utilisation of YES Credit towards payment of the Commitment Fee will be reflected in the next Bill succeeding the calendar month when the SIM Card is activated.

  15. What happens to the balance sum remaining in my YES Credit once I have switched my existing Prepaid Service to the YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan?

    Any balance sum remaining in Your YES Credit will be transferred to your new Prepaid Service account under the YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan.

  16. Can I pay the Commitment Fee under the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan by way of Auto Billing?

    If You want to pay the Commitment Fee of the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan by way of Auto Billing, You are required to select the Auto Billing option in the MyYes app by following the relevant steps stated therein. For clarity, please take note that if You have opted for payment of Commitment Fee under Your existing Postpaid Service Plan by way of Auto Billing, such option will automatically end once You switch to the YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan.

  17. Can I change my YES Postpaid FT5G Service Plan or YES Prepaid FT5G Service Plan to YES 4G Service Plan?

    No. The FT5G service plan subscribers will be able to enjoy both 4G and 5G network depends on the network availability if you are using a 5G compatibility smartphone. If you are using a non-compatibility 5G smartphone, your SIM profile will be automatically changed to 4G network and you will not be able to enjoy the FT5G network.
